Terms & Conditions:

1.  The Fresh Produce is specially sourced from our dedicated base of farmers and carefully graded as per your requirements  

2.  Produce once delivered shall not be taken back or exchanged. 

3.  Once our produce & invoice is accepted and acknowledged the value is final and the amount is our payment receivable from you.

4.  As all our produce is sourced from farms where the produce is most economical there is a long distance it has to travel to reach your location.  We request you to unload and receive the stock at the earliest to allow our truck to move to deliver other orders.

5.  Please make payments within the credit period and send us a payment advise when done.  Please make the payment to our bank account as specified in our invoice. 

6.  Crates delivered during supply’s should be returned immediately upon delivery. Non-returned  crates  shall be  charged to you 

7.  Please specify any rejections/returns with reasons with rejected quantity in the remarks column.

All disputes subject to Mysore jurisdiction.
